Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.<\/p>\n

3. Prices & VAT<\/h2>\n

Prices are in Euro (\u20ac) and include VAT at the applicable Cyprus rate unless stated. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.<\/p>\n

4. Payment<\/h2>\n

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never store full card details.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery<\/h2>\n

We deliver across Cyprus. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Free island-wide delivery applies to qualifying orders. Risk passes to you on delivery.<\/p>\n

6. Right of withdrawal & returns<\/h2>\n

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and return them unused in their original condition and packaging. Certain items (e.g. sealed software\/headphones unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons) may be exempt as allowed by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.<\/p>\n

7. Warranty<\/h2>\n

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty and your statutory rights under Cyprus and EU consumer law. We offer a 2-year warranty on eligible products as described on the product page.<\/p>\n

8. Liability<\/h2>\n

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.<\/p>\n

9. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

All content on this site (logos, text, images, design) is owned by or licensed to Tsiakkas Electronics and may not be reused without permission.<\/p>\n

10. Governing law<\/h2>\n

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n
