All prices displayed on the Website are in Euro (\u20ac) and include<\/mark>\u00a0VAT where applicable. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or description error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.<\/p>\n

6. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)<\/h2>\n

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011\/83\/EU) and Cyprus’s implementing legislation (Law 132(I)\/2017): you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@tsiakkaselectronics.com.cy before the 14-day period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition and packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer<\/mark>, unless the goods are faulty. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method. This right does not apply to goods made to your specification, sealed goods unsuitable for return once unsealed, or other exceptions under Cyprus consumer protection law.<\/p>\n

7. Warranty and legal guarantee<\/h2>\n

All products benefit from the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity<\/strong> under EU\/Cyprus consumer protection law, covering defects present at the time of delivery. If applicable: some products additionally carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 5\/more years – more details provided with the product<\/mark>. 8. Returns for faulty or incorrect goods<\/h2>\n

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
