This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have.

2. What personal data we collect

  • Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address
  • Order data: products purchased, order value, order history, invoicing details
  • Account data: username and password (if you create an account), order history
  • Payment data: your payment is processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details
  • Newsletter data: your email address and consent status, if you subscribe to our newsletter
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you interact with our website
  • Communications: any messages you send us via our contact form or by email

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including for analytics (Google Analytics), tag management (Google Tag Manager), and session/behaviour analysis (Microsoft Clarity). 5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only where necessary, with: our hosting provider, to keep the website running; our payment gateway, to process your payment; our delivery/courier partner, to deliver your order; MailPoet, to send our newsletter (only if you have subscribed); Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity), for website analytics — only if you have accepted analytics cookies; and our website developer/maintenance partner, for technical support, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Conservation (How long we keep your data)

  • Orders, invoices, and accounting records: 6 years, as required by Cyprus tax and VAT legislation
  • Customer account data: for as long as your account is active
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
  • Contact form enquiries: up to 24 months
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months
  • Session recording data (Clarity): up to 12 months

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.

7. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (Google, Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is safeguarded through the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate or incomplete data; erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to our legal retention obligations; restrict how we process your data; object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including direct marketing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including SSL encryption, secure password storage, restricted admin access, and regular backups.

10. Children

Our website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
